IMB Bank held its Annual General Meeting today, 25 October 2022.

Members are encouraged to read the addresses, which contain information in relation to IMB’s annual financial results and strategic initiatives being implemented by IMB.

At today’s annual general meeting, members approved:

  • the re-appointment of directors Ms Cathy Aston and Mr Christopher Whitehead, with immediate effect;
  • the amendment to IMB’s Constitution to update the terms relating to preference shares to align with prudential standards.

The proposed variations of rights of IMB depositor members and shareholders members arising from the amendment of the Constitution were also approved in each of the class meeting of depositor members and the class meeting of shareholder members and will become effective in one (1) month.
