IMB announces that the Buyback Date for the Off-Market Share Buyback will be Thursday 27 September 2012. The change in date has been made in order to align with the September Board meeting at which the results of the buyback tender will be confirmed.

As per the Buyback Booklet, the Tender period will close at 5:00pm Wednesday 19 September 2012 and Buyback proceeds will be despatched by Friday 28 September 2012.
