IMB advises that IMB Director Steve McKerihan has resigned from his position as a Director of IMB due to ill health.

The Board extends its thanks to Steve for his service as a Director since his appointment in January 2009. With an outstanding professional career in the finance industry for more than 25 years, including in his former roles as Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive of St George Bank, Steve has made a lasting contribution to the ongoing success of IMB.
